Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns
• Provide the management of, and assist in the strategy of SEO & advertising campaigns (Google Ads)
• Oversee the client’s online presence and identify areas of improvement
• Create and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust, and to meet (or exceed) company retention goals
• Consult with clients on processes and industry best practices
• Prepare and present monthly reports on client progress
• Efficiently and effectively onboard new clients in accordance with company standards

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to take lengthy explanations and convert it to clear, concise messaging
• Ability to create appealing designs using drag & drop design software
• Experience in or ability to learn software like WordPress, Canva, Elementor, and Asana
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
• Basic understanding of or ability to learn Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Basic understanding of or ability to learn Local SEO
• Basic understanding of or ability to learn Internet-based advertising (Google & Facebook)
• Basic understanding of a marketing process
• Confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent time-management and organizational skill
• Ability to adjust priorities and tasks, sometimes on short notice
• Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities at once
• Thrives in operating within a team
• Self starter with a passion for improving systems and processes

Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior marketing experience preferred (not required)
